Individual Counseling

Individual counseling offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a counselor. This personal attention allows for a more consistent and intensive focus on your particular therapeutic and personal goals than in any other context. Individual counseling is sometimes utilized in conjunction with couples counseling, if individuals within the unit need to work on individual goals.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling offers you and your partner the opportunity to meet together with a counselor. This format is designed to help couples address emotional, relational, and/or sexual intimacy problems. Couples therapy examines imbalances within the relationship and facilitates conversation that leads to reconciliation, greater understanding, closeness, and love.

Family Counseling

Family counseling provides an opportunity for you and your family members to meet together with a counselor. This format aims to examine communication and relational patterns that impact all family members. The counselor builds upon the family’s strengths while providing strategies that will help find solutions to problems and promote harmonious living.

TeleMental Health Services:

Telemental health or telebehavioral health is the process of providing behavioral therapy or psychotherapy remotely, typically utilizing HIPAA-compliant video conferencing or text-based messaging. The advantages of virtual delivery of psychotherapy include reduced stigmatization, increased convenience for patients, and improved provider efficiency.*
